Description

Indication: 

1. Using the intravenous infusion

• Supports the therapy for reducing the neurological toxicity of the radiation therapy and of antineoplastic chemical drugs including cisplatin, cyclophosphamid, oxaplatin , 5-fluorouracil, carboplatin. Glutathione should be infused intravenously just before the initiation of radiation therapy and before the chemotherapy with the above chemical products.
• Supports the therapy of mercury intoxication: The combination of specific drugs for the therapy of mercury intoxication such as dimercaptopropan-1-sulfonat and mero-2,3-dimercaptosuccinicacid with the infusion of glutathione and high doses of vitamin C is effective in reducing the blood mercury concentration.
• Supports the therapy of alcoholic cirrhosis, cirrhosis, virus B,C and D hepatitis and fatty livers. Its helps to improve the physical state of the patient and the biochemical indices such as bilirubin, GOT, GPT, GT, as well as to decrease markedly MDA and hepatocellular injury.
• Supports the therapy of diseases relative to peripheral vascular diseases, coronary artery disorders and hematological disorders:
  • It improves the hemodynamic parameters of the systemic circulation and the small circulation helps to prolong the distance of painless walking in patients with occlusion of leg arteries.
  • It improves the vasomotor response to the coronary arteries dilatator drugs such as acetylcholine, nitroglycerin in patients having the risk factors of coronary arteries diseases.
  • It improves the state of anemia in patients undergoing hemodialysis because of chronic renal failure. The infusion of glutathione at the end of each hemodialysis cycle helps to reduce the dose of erythropoietin by 50%.
• Glutathione supports the therapy of the subarachnoid hemorrhage symptoms.
• It supports the therapy of insulin non dependent diabetes mellitus. Helps to enhance the sensitivity to insulin in these patients.

Use by intramuscular injection

• Glutathione supports the therapy of the male sterility: the long term use by intramuscular injection of glutathione for 2 months improves the morphology and the motility of spermatozoids.

Precautions:

• Should administrate glutathione after solve into (WFU) immediately because its injection solution is oxidized easily, or reconstituted solution should be used within 24 hours if it is store in cold condition.

Dosage and administration:

Combination in Oncology treatment:

• Help to protect body against damages causing ionizing radiation. Dosage: 1200mg, slow IV 15 minutes before radiotherapy.
• Help to protect against the toxic effects induced by antineoplastic and complementary treat in hematologycal conditions: Myelofibrosis, acute leukemia, chronic myelocytic leukemia, lymphoma, polycythemia vera,… Dosage: 1500mg – 2400mg, slow IV 15 minutes before chemotherapy, repeat dosage 900mg-1200mg in second and fifth day of treatment period.
• Help against anxious, fatigue chronic syndrome or exhausted in cancer patient. Dosage: 300mg – 600mg, slow IV.

Detoxification of drugs and heavy metals:

• Dosage: acute dosage: 1200-1800mg/day, slow IV. Normal dosage: 600mg/day, slow IV, using constantly continue until recover health.

Combination in Liver diseases treatment

• In toxic hepatitis (cause by chemicals, drugs, alcohol, aflatoxin, toxins): Dosage: 1200mg/day, slow IV, using constantly continue until recover health.
